Common Questions
What people ask before reaching out, answered directly.
What stage companies does ReWired work with?
Legal tech companies from Pre-Seed through Series B+, generally in the $1M–$25M+ ARR range. Every engagement is scoped to your stage specifically, not a one-size-fits-all package.
How much does it cost to work with ReWired?
ReWired works on project-based pricing, scoped to your stage and what you need at that point, not a fixed price list. ReWired is happy to share specifics on a call.
Is this customer success consulting?
It's broader than that. ReWired covers the full GTM engine behind scale and retention, spanning process, team structure, documentation, and measurement, not just the customer success function.
How is ReWired different from hiring a full-time leadership role?
A full-time hire gives you one skill set for as long as they're on the team, even as what your business needs changes. ReWired is brought in with the specific skill set that matches where you are right now, delivers against that point in your trajectory, and hands it off once it's built — point-in-time expertise instead of a fixed headcount you outgrow.
What makes ReWired different from a generalist GTM consultant?
ReWired's founder has spent his entire career inside legal tech and eDiscovery, holds a JD, and has worked directly with law firms and in-house legal teams. That's domain fluency a generalist consultant doesn't bring.
Where does AI fit into ReWired's approach?
Workflows and operating systems come first — that's what actually drives retention and growth. Once those are solid, ReWired brings in the latest AI tools to build and deploy them faster. AI speeds up good process. It doesn't replace the need for one.
How does an engagement start?
With a short, no-obligation conversation about where your business stands today. No slide deck required.
Where is ReWired based?
Chicago, IL, working with legal tech companies across the US, UK, and Ireland.
